New Patients
• Currently Accepting New Patients
I am currently accepting new adult patients for psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth in Washington State.
If you are ready to schedule, you may select an available initial psychiatric evaluation using the button below. Before scheduling, I encourage you to review the Expectations and Fees & Insurance pages for important information about my practice and the evaluation process.
After you schedule your appointment, I will send you an invitation to Tebra along with the forms that need to be completed before your first visit. Please complete the requested paperwork before your appointment so I have the information needed to prepare for your evaluation.
Appointments are conducted via telehealth, and you must be physically located in Washington State at the time of your appointment.
Your initial psychiatric evaluation provides time to discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, previous treatment, and goals. We'll use this information to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, behavioral strategies, therapy recommendations, or referrals when appropriate.
Established Patients
If you are an established patient, you're welcome to contact me through the secure patient portal.
Follow-up visits provide time to review your progress, discuss medications or other treatment concerns, and make adjustments to your treatment plan when appropriate. Schedule a follow-up appointment using the link below.
For questions between appointments, you may contact me through the secure patient portal or by email, and I'll respond as soon as possible.
Fees are subject to change. For information about accepted insurance plans, self-pay rates, out-of-network benefits, and other charges, please review the Fees & Insurance page.
